Ask a Cop: Police Enforcing 'Click It or Ticket'

It is that time of year again! It is the time when law enforcement is out in greater numbers with one purpose in mind. Enforce seat belt violations. Many violators of the seat belt laws often ask why we are not out catching criminals.
