LA MIRADA - In a city that once had a worldwide reputation for producing fine olive oil, the only local grove of olive trees that can be found today stands at the private Biola University.

And after decades of simply cleaning up after the trees when they gave fruit once a year, the private Christian school is now looking to go back to its olive-oil roots with the help of former Biola parents Gordon and Karen Wiebe.
