PASADENA - Otis Chandler worked downtown at Times Mirror Square but came home every night to his mansion in San Marino. He had grown up here, worked on a citrus ranch in Sierra Madre and attended Polytechnic School.

On Monday, the cream of Los Angeles came up the Pasadena (110) Freeway to pay their last respects to the legendary Times publisher at All Saints Episcopal Church.
