LA CAADA FLINTRIDGE - Lawyers for 28 JPL workers claiming that federally-mandated employee background checks are an invasion of privacy will ask a federal judge today to reconsider his dismissal of Caltech from their lawsuit.
"I think it interferes with the jurisdiction of the Ninth Circuit," plaintiffs' lawyer Virginia Keeny said about the judge's decision. "It's a little procedurally unusual."See the full content of this document
