NORWALK A jury has found a 28-year-old man not guilty of killing a man and wounding another outside a nightclub in Pico Rivera in 2004 and could not reach a verdit in a second murder charge.

Jurors found Daniel Jacob not guilty of murder in the killing of Epimenio Padilla, 31, and also acquitted him of attempted murder in the wounding of Jose Maciel. Jurors were unable to reach a verdict in the murder of Ramon Oseguera, 28.
