FULLERTON - A La Habra man wanted by Fullerton police for stealing a $1,600 Yorkshire terrier puppy from a pet grooming place turned himself in Wednesday night.

Daniel Brian Espinoza, 21, was booked on suspicion of burglary and grand theft at the Fullerton Police Jail. Police got a $25,000 arrest warrant for him when he failed to surrender Monday per an agreement with detectives.
