LA HABRA - A La Habra man will be serving six years in prison for stabbing another man at a bar. A good Samaritan with a bench stopped the attack by knocking him out cold.

Jack Edward Duke of La Habra pleaded guilty to aggravated assault during his Feb. 26 pre-trial hearing at the North Justice Center in Fullerton and was sentenced the same day to six years in state prison, according to Farrah Emami, spokeswoman for the Orange County District Attorney's Office.
