Jack Edward Duke of La Habra pleaded guilty to aggravated assault during his Feb. 26 pre-trial hearing at the North Justice Center in Fullerton and was sentenced the same day to six years in state prison, according to Farrah Emami, spokeswoman for the Orange County District Attorney's Office.See the full content of this document
