PICO RIVERA - The City Council last week unanimously approved adding bus stop cleanup to a street sweeping contract with a Norwalk- based company.

The council also approved a seven-year "evergreen" component to the contract, meaning if the city ends the contract early, Nationwide Environmental Services would have another seven years guaranteed from the date of termination.
