LOS ANGELES - Two siblings who claim their father was cremated instead of being buried in a military cemetery sued the Los Angeles County Coroner's Office, court papers showed Friday.

Juliette Pinedo Kalevicoglu and Chris Pinedo filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, alleging negligence, negligent infliction of emotional distress and negligent misrepresentation. They are seeking unspecified general and compensatory damages.
