LOS ANGELES - The Medical Board of California has denied a proposed decision that would have allowed "Octomom" Nadya Suleman's fertility doctor to keep his license, according to an order made public on Wednesday.

Instead, the state's medical licensing agency is slated to decide at a meeting in May whether Dr. Michael Kamrava will keep his license or face censure for allegedly providing substandard care to Suleman and two other patients.
