WHITTIER - About 50 helmeted preschool and kindergartners pedaled in circles on the blacktop of Faith Lutheran School Friday as their parents, teachers and fellow students cheered them on during the school's sixth annual Trike-a-Thon.

They rode to raise money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a children's cancer research and treatment facility.
