WHITTIER - More than 500 people came out Sunday to stride three miles to benefit arthritis research. Led by Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital President and CEO James West, the walkers started at Whittier High School and hiked through Uptown Whittier in what organizers hope will become an annual event.
