WHITTIER - Residents in the western half of the city may be shelling out more on their water bill and their property tax bill for sewer fees.
The City Council at its 6:30 p.m. meeting Tuesday will conduct a public hearing on a proposal to raise water rates by about 14 percent and sewer fees by 19 percent. Trash rates would go up by less than 1 percent.See the full content of this document
